1. Raw material preparation
The main raw material of liquid candies is syrup, including glucose syrup, fructose syrup and sucrose syrup, etc.

Seasoning: Some liquid candies with special flavors need to add acidifiers, salt, coffee extract, etc.

2. Batching and mixing
Modern factories use automatic batching systems to automatically weigh various raw materials according to predetermined ratios. The prepared raw materials are sent to the mixing equipment for uniform mixing. The mixing equipment is usually made of stainless steel to ensure hygiene.

3. Heating and boiling sugar
The raw material mixture is sent to the heating pot and heated to a specific temperature to dissolve the sugar and form a thick syrup. The heating process requires precise control of temperature and time to avoid overheating or caramelization of the syrup.

4. Cooling equipment
The concentrated syrup enters the cooler and quickly cools down to a temperature suitable for adding flavorings and other additives. The cooling process needs to be rapid and uniform to avoid crystallization or deterioration of the syrup.

5. Cooling
Add pre-prepared fruit concentrate, flavors, pigments, etc. to the cooled syrup, and add vitamins, minerals or other functional ingredients as needed. After mixing evenly, the syrup is the finished liquid candy.

6. Molding and packaging
The seasoned syrup is fed into the molding equipment and formed into the final form of the liquid candy through a nozzle or mold. Common molding methods include syringes, squeeze bottles, hoses, etc.
