1. Raw material preparation

2. Formula preparation
Formula design: Design the best formula ratio according to market demand and customer customization requirements. Formula design not only takes into account the taste, but also pays attention to the texture and appearance of the soft candy.

3. Heating and stirring
Heating process: The mixed base syrup is poured into the heating mixer for heating treatment to ensure that the syrup reaches the appropriate consistency and uniformity.

4. Molding
Mold molding: The heated syrup is directly molded by the machine equipment. The molded candy passes through the conveyor belt into the dryer. After dehumidification and drying, it passes through the acid sand powder to ensure that each soft candy is covered with acid sand and has consistent acidity.
