Gummy making process

Mix and heat: Mix the sugar and water together and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add the gelatin to the sugar water and stir evenly to dissolve.
Flavoring and Coloring: Food coloring and flavors can be added as needed to adjust the taste and color of the gummies. Common flavors include fruit, lemon, strawberry, grape, etc.
Shaping: Pour the fondant paste into the mold and let it form the desired shape in the mold, such as animals, fruits, characters, etc. The syrup solidifies as it cools, forming a soft and elastic structure.
Drying and packaging: The formed gummies need to be dried and solidified at room temperature. Once dry, the gummies can be individually packaged and put into sachets or jars for sale and distribution.
