The process of making hard candy includes the following steps:
First, sugar and water are mixed together and heated to boil to a specific temperature (which determines the hardness and texture of the candy)
Next, add food coloring and flavoring to adjust the color and flavor of the hard candy. Common flavors include mint, lemon, strawberry, grape, etc.
Then, pour the syrup into the mold to form the desired shape, such as ball, square, oval, etc. (Patterns or imprints can be added to the surface of the hard candy)
After final cooling and solidification, it is packaged individually, in jars, bags, plastic boxes, etc.
